KEITH ANDRE, CPA/PFS CFP earned a BS in accounting in 1973, a MA in business management in 1977, and a MS in taxation in 1981. Keith became a CPA in 1978, a CFP (Certified Financial Planner) in 1992 and a PFS (Personal Financial Specialist) in 1997. He has been in public accounting since 1976, and started Andre + Associates PC in McKinney in 1986. Keith became a registered representative in 1991, a Registered Investment Advisor in 1993, an insurance agent in 1994, and a general securities agent in 2002. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of CPAs. He is experienced in individual and business taxes, business accounting, management, investment and insurance consulting. Keith manages the financial planning and business services departments.
MELISSA SIMMONS EA graduated with a BBA in 1988. She has worked in public accounting since 1988 and joined the firm in 1989. Melissa has experience with individual & business taxes and business accounting and became an EA (Enrolled Agent) in 1994. She is a member of the Texas Society of Enrolled Agents and was previously Secretary of that organization. Melissa manages the tax department.
TRACY ELEFTHERIOU CPA earned a BS in accounting in 1987 and became a CPA in 1991. She has worked in public accounting all of her professional career and has experience in auditing, taxation, and business accounting. She joined our firm in January of 2003 and manages our Business clients which include monthly accounting, payroll, and tax preparation for a broad range of small business clients. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
CHARLES RUETZ CPA earned a BBA in accounting in 1976 and became a CPA in 1978. With 13 years in public accounting (six in his own firm) and 17 years in industry (15 as a Controller), he brings a wide range of experience in business systems and procedures as well as personal and business taxes. He has 10 years experience with Peachtree Accounting software as well as Solomon IV and large company ERP systems. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Texas Society of CPAs and the Dallas Chapter of the TSCPA. He works in both the tax and accounting departments.
DEBBIE GUERRERO graduated with a BBA in accounting. She has worked in private accounting as a partnership accountant in the real estate industry. She joined the firm in January of 2000 and works in both the write-up and tax departments.
MICHELE TITSWORTH has worked in private accounting since 1986. She joined the firm in 2001 and works in our write-up department and is our payroll specialist. Michele earned her associate degree in accounting in 2006.
TERESA DEMPSEY EA graduated with a BBA in accounting in 1983 and has worked periodically in public accounting since that time. She became an EA (Enrolled Agent) in 2002. She joined our firm in 2001 and prepares and reviews tax returns in the tax department.
SHAROLYN CANDELARIO EA graduated with an associate degree in accounting in 1983, continuously working in private accounting since that time. She became an EA (Enrolled Agent) in 2006. Sharolyn joined the firm in 1993 and works in our write-up department.
JOHN STEWART graduated in 1972, with an associate of science degree. He has worked in the securities industry since 1980 and has experience in securities as a registered representative with a brokerage house since then. He has had an insurance license since 1986 and has experience in life insurance, estate and financial planning.
BRENDA ANDRE previously worked in the legal profession and as a corporate communications specialist. Brenda joined the firm in 2000. She is our receptionist and assists the tax department with assembling tax returns.
MARSHA VANDERPOOL has worked for accounting firms since 1977. She joined the firm in 2001 and is the firm administrator.
CARRIE KING joined our firm in 2005 as the head payroll clerk. She has previous work experience in customer service and office organization. She has taken current tax classes and helps with tax return preparation.
